Black women get discriminated against for their hair and are more likely to lose their jobs.
Dove and the CROWN Coalition have partnered up and passed The CROWN Act,
making hair discrimination illegal in eighteen states.

But it still needs to be illegal nationwide.

Since Black women’s hair is noticed before their achievements, we decided to raise awareness of hair discrimination and put the solution right in users’ hands — signing the Crown Act petition.

Black women have more to offer than what hairstyle they’re rocking.
