ANA, the Japanese Airline, asked us to bring Japan to their socials year-round.
So as the lead writer, I filled the feed with
flight-specific thoughts and all things Japan
in the form of Haikus, yummy food shots, and loving customer experiences.
For ANA’s 70th year anniversary, we took their audience on a trip down memory lane highlighting ANA through the years.
We included historic shots of a vintage ANA from their uniforms, seating designs, and in-flight amenities.
And then we brought the audience to ANA in the present day.
We also curated a series, MyANAStory, where passengers shared their good experiences on an ANA flight and we turned it into digestible content for their feed.
